Hello OLMC families!
Congratulations to all the lucky winners in our annual Win Big raffle! Over 3200 tickets were sold, making this year’s fundraiser one of the more successful events in recent years. Look for the list of winners to be published later this week. Here are the items of importance for this week:
- Students in grades K-8 will be attending the 8 AM daily Mass tomorrow, 12/9, instead of our usual school liturgy. This is due to Bishop Sullivan’s special Mass for diocesan schools being celebrated at Our Lady of Lourdes Church in Glassboro. Junior High members of our school choir will be representing Mt. Carmel.
- On Wednesday, 12/11, our youngest students will be presenting “Say Cheese for Christmas” at 9:30 AM in the gym. Family and friends are invited to attend; the courtyard doors will open at 9:15 AM.
- On Friday, 12/13, our annual Christmas Concert is scheduled for 7 PM in the gym. The beginning band, recorders, handbells and advanced band will be performing music of the season.
- Progress reports will be released electronically on Friday, 12/13. Please remind your students to submit all work in a timely fashion.
- Our annual “sock/snowball” fight is on tap for December 20. Please send in new socks (in any color or size) by then to use as snowballs. These socks will be donated to area homeless shelters.
