Good afternoon OLMC families,
Here are the items of merit for the first week of March:
- IOWA testing for grades 3-7 takes place this week. Please ensure your students eat breakfast and come to school well-rested for optimal performance on these tests.
- In conjunction with the St. Vincent dePaul Society, we will be participating in the diocesan “Faith-full” food drive for Lent. Please send in non-perishable foods through March 13 to help stock the local food pantry. As we did earlier this year, the class that collects the most items will win a prize!
- A few spots still remain for Tuesday evening’s Adult Pottery night. Contact the school office for details.
- Friday, 3/6, is a conference day for Pre-K and K families. Pre-schoolers are not in school that day, however Kindergartners are in school.
- Friday, 3/6 is also an early dismissal day and a “spirit day.”
- Looking ahead, our “American Girl Doll Tea” is fast approaching. Tickets are being sold through the school office…don’t wait too long!
- Looking even further ahead, summer camp information was e-mailed to all families last week. Check for details about Art Camp and STEM Camp.
Enjoy a quiet Sunday afternoon!
