Happy Mother’s Day!
Mother’s Day greetings to all the special women in our Mt. Carmel family. I hope everyone enjoys a quiet, peaceful day.
As we inch closer to the end of the school year, it seems that the weeks get busier and busier. Here are the events of note for the upcoming week:
- Please keep our 8th graders in your prayers as they receive the sacrament of Confirmation tomorrow afternoon at 4 PM.
- The Scholastic Bookfair is set up and ready to go. Please visit https://www.scholastic.com/bf/ourladyofmtcarmelregsch1 to view digital flyers and read about Scholastic’s electronic payment platform, e-wallet.
- Believe it or not, we are almost at the mid-point of the marking period! Progress reports will be released on Friday, May 14 at the end of the day. Please remind your students to submit assignments in a timely manner.
- Our second graders will receive their First Holy Communion next Sunday at the noon Mass; keep them in your prayers as well.
